"The history of the English language"

Reading books increases your knowledge and makes you smarter! One of the basic reasons why reading is important is that it helps you grow mentally, emotionally and psychologically.
Our team has read first book " The history of the English language" аnd  we had debate for theme "Learning English is easy".We divided into three teams "Old English", "Modern English", "Middle English". It was interesting and useful book for us. The English language of today reflects many centuries of development. The political and social events that have in the course of English history so profoundly affected the English people in their national life have generally had a recognizable effect on their language.
